The Experience

Hold it. Cut with it. Learn to sharpen it.

You can't know a real blade until you hold it. So we built a shop you experience with your hands — not a display case you look at.

Every knife and every piece of tableware in our stores can be picked up, felt, and tried — because a real blade, and a real vessel, only reveal themselves in the hand.

01
Hold

Balance, weight, the way the handle sits against your palm — these decide whether a knife becomes yours. Pick up anything on the wall. With ceramics, feel the weight and the glaze.

Nothing is behind glass. If it's in the store, it's in your hand.
02
Test-Cut

Reading a spec sheet tells you numbers. Drawing an edge through a cutting sponge tells you the truth. Feel how each blade bites and releases — hygienically, on a fresh sponge — before you commit.

Steel, bevel, length — you'll feel the difference in one stroke.
03
Learn to Sharpen

We don't offer a re-sharpening service — that's on purpose. A professional's blade is maintained by its owner. So we hand you a whetstone and teach you, so the edge stays yours to keep alive. Free in-store lessons, plus hands-on sharpening events at both stores.

We don't sell and forget. We teach you, and send you off ready.
